AAUW Palo Alto Branch will be a co-sponsor of a Cities for CEDAW (Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women) event on August 12 in Palo Alto.  Sarah Almond Pike will share her experience at the 61st Commission on the Status of Women meeting at the UN in March of this year and will discuss local efforts to pass a CEDAW ordinance locally.
