An AAUW Work Smart salary negotiation workshop will be held as a webinar on October 29 at 11:30 AM Pacific Time by the FRIENDS of the Commission on the Status of Women, San Francisco facilitated by AAUW national. October 29 is Latina Equal Pay Day. It takes Latina workers almost an entire extra year of full time, year-round work to be paid the average annual earnings of white men because they are paid only 55% of a white man’s wages.
