Why is this meeting being called?
- we need members to assume required formal leadership roles as well as other volunteer roles for programs and activities
What options will be discussed?
- Continue as an active branch with 2-3 events a year (which would only be possible if leaders step forward).
- Merge with another branch in Santa Clara County
- Disband after 2022-23
